I feel honored to make a difference in an area of utmost importance: your financial well-being. I believe that every person is unique, and that their unique wants, needs and experiences demand an individual, personalized approach to get the best results. My advice will always be based on your particular situation which I have meticulously come to learn from you and your finances. The wealth advisory services you receive are designed to support you achieving your life goals.
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner working in financial services since 2005. I have a Master of Science in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, graduating with Highest Honors. I am Chairman of the Financial Planning Association of Silicon Valley, and a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor at the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors.
Prior to my financial services career I had a successful high technology career for over 25 years. I held technical and senior management positions in startup, medium and large companies in software engineering, information technology and professional services. My experiences have honed my skills in many areas including analysis, problem solving, professional relationships, customer service and an uncanny attention to detail. My previous education includes a B.A. with honors in Mathematics from the University of California in Santa Cruz, CA, and graduate work in business administration at Arizona State University in Phoenix, AZ.
My wife and I live in a beautiful mountain community in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Our two children grew up here before completing their undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley and Yale, and graduate studies at the University of Washington and Stanford. I enjoy outdoor activities, whether on land or water. I also enjoy well written novels, with a preference for science fiction.
